CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

Children are welcome to stay at our hotel.  Those 18 and above are considered adults at our property.  Rollaway beds are provided, based on availability. There is a $20 extra charge per night for rollaway beds in the regular rooms and a $20 extra charge per night for rollaway beds in the suite.

PETS

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs. A $30 charge will be applied to the room rent per pet, per stay. A maximum of two (2) dogs will be allowed per room. Failure to register pets will result in a $100 fine. Rules: pets must be quiet, leashed, picked up after. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms or cars in parking lot doing so will result in a $250 fine. Pets are not allowed on furniture including beds. Please note we have only a limited number of pet friendly rooms. Service animals require relevant documentation.

POLICY DETAILS

Check-in hours: Check-in is from 3 PM to 10 PM. Early check-in is possible if a clean room is available before 3 PM. Guests must check in by 10 PM. Late check-in is not available except under unforeseen circumstances. Guests will need to call the inn and speak with the manager to make arrangements for late check-in.

Hours: The office hours are from 8 AM to 9:30 PM. Guests are requested to be patient if the office is sometimes unattended during normal business hours. It is mostly because the office staff is tending to the needs of another guest.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Guests smoking in a non-smoking room will be charged a $200 cleaning fee and asked to leave without a refund. Our smoker guests are required to smoke 10 feet away from the buildings. The pool area is a 100 % non-smoking area.

We have a 96 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 96 hours or 4 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for the full amount of the stay.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  Once checked in, no cancellations.  All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.  This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room.  If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
